She's posting dozens of bulletins a day about "click here for free ringtones" and crap like that. Shes my good friend in real life, so I know shes not posting them intentionally. Aside from deleting her account and starting anew, what can be done to stop these?

Tell her to change her password. And to watch out for fake login pages...tell her that everytime she gets a login page to make sure the URL begins with login.myspace.com
