i've seen myspace bullentins with flashing wallpaper and everything.how do you add wallpapers and other speacial affects to myspace bulletins??or does anyone know a website to show me how??

here are some website you can go into and choose a layout for your myspace. they also have graphics that you can add onto it as well...most of them should be on the left hand side. after you have choose the one you want (it will usually let you preview it before you actually use it as your background) they will give you a code and all you have to do is copy and paste it onto you myspace profile (edit profile) under "About Me" box....than you'll have to save it and you should have you background with all the special effects.
