for the last couple of bulletins that i have sent out, none of them have sent out, but there has been no error message. i check the bulletins that i've posted every hour or so, but none have shown up for six or so hours. anyone know why?

post one then wait about 1 min then log out for 4 mins then get back on and see if its there if not just reload the page a few times then it SHOULD show up

I think that they updating stuff and sometimes while they're doing that, the bulletins don't work and other stuff as well.
