Pictures not showing up in bulletins??

I have a layout site, and we "support" each other, were we take a html code made for a bulletin, and put it one of our own bulletins. I used to be able to do this, but lately the pictures just don't show up at all. Links work. The codes that we put in there are still the same.

What's going on?

I tried in both Mozilla %26amp; Internet Explorer. I looked at the codes they were using, and there is nothing wrong with them.

It's just when I look at my preview for the bulletin or when I look at the bulletin once posted, it's blank, or it has the link or text if they added one in there!
