Unfortunately, you cannot block someone from posting bulletins and you being able to see them. The only way to do that is to delete them from friends list, but you dont want to do that, right?

You can try going to Account Settings%26gt;%26gt;Privacy and then where it asks you to chose people you want to block. Pick that person and see if that works.
